Red Forest

£850.00

One day I was experimenting with a new panoramic technique I thought of. I would walk parallel to the scene while in panoramic mode. Most of the results were distorted in a jarring way, but one image came out well.

I was in the forest at the time, and one image of some trees had an interesting squashed perspective. It reminded me of Japanese woodblock prints. I liked the image so much that I created a painting based around it, using a very stripped down palette.

The image in question is shown here along with the painting.

Original 2022 Acrylic Painting on Canvas.

815 × 765 mm.

Signed.

Postage and packaging included (UK).
